  This Jayson (on his name tag) dont know if he is the store manager or what, but you are very rude, that behaviour shouldn’t be in customer service industry. Asked my husband to get our newborn a formula but he accidentally took the wrong one and asked him to return and get the right one if its okay with the store as we already opened the box. The cashier seems a new guy accept and exchange it with the right one. Then this jayson came and got mad with the counter guy saying “is this already open blah blah blah?! Putting his frustrations to poor counter guy instead of nicely talking to my husband if we are not allowed to return it, its okay. No need to be sarcastic in public. My husband still says thank you, but he just ignored him. Can your company enrol him for good manners specialized in customer service industry?

  Incredibly overpriced. For example, the same body wash can be found at the dollarama across the street for 40% less, or a jar of jam which is $8 here and $3 next door with a higher fruit content.

  For a town this size, it's a welcome relief! Not huge by other Vancouver standards but sure offers a lot. Although they have limited dessert and deli options. For example, the lemon meringue pie doesn't come in half-size, didn't want the kids to eat that much since my husband not a huge fan of sour not the crust. Friendly service.

  Great layout, and easy to find everything you are looking for. Highly recommend this store for all of your kitchen refill needs. Clean and team members are willing to answer any questions you may have.
