  I visited this KFC location recently and asked for the Game Day Bundle offer, but the staff told me they don’t participate in any of those promotions. This was surprising because I’ve never had this issue at other KFC stores across Canada—everywhere else, the Game Day Bundle has always been honored without any problem. What made the situation more frustrating is that when I placed the order through the app afterward, the same store was required to provide the offer. When I went to pick it up, the staff seemed uncomfortable and avoided eye contact, which made the experience feel even more awkward. Management should take note: if this location chooses not to participate in certain offers, it should be clearly stated in-store or on their menu to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers. Clear communication would prevent situations like this from happening again.

  for a fast food chain, they have no concept of fast. you will always wait at least 15 to 20 minutes. there's never any chicken ready. the burgers are never prepared properly, your either missing product or have stuff you asked to be held. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  They want $25 at this location while the same bucket of chicken in my hometown is only $15. Staff told me they get this complaint often. Take away: this KFC has its own special pricing just because it’s in Golden, so be prepared to pay more and get less. Staff were nice but that’s it.
