If not for my wife prepaying online to save time, as we were catching a ferry that evening, I would've cancelled the order immediately after seeing the state of cleanliness of the restaurant.

I don't care about the customer service, it's okay if they don't like their jobs and they don't have to smile or whatever a lot of these other reviews say. BUT THEY GAVE US FOOD POISONING. we really regret eating from there. And in hindsight with the general cleanliness of the restroom, floors and soda machine, we should have just not eaten the food, but we were very hungry and it was the quickest stop for us before trying to make a ferry.
