  Ordered two wraps. A Chicken Rancher and a Steak and Cheese. I asked for them to add Jalapeño, olives, and sweet Onion sauce to both. The woman working the bar this afternoon took that as me wanting only those things and not the whole sandwich. She charged the full amount for the wraps, plus the extra charges for the olives, sauces, and Jalapeño, but then gave me two wraps without any lettuce, or recipe sauce, or anything. The Chicken Rancher is missing 90% of its ingredients and she upcharged me for it!? When I phoned the branch to inquire about the mistake and simply get a refund, offering to return the untouched wraps, she said she would speak to a manager and refused to provide me with any manager contact. When she called back she said it was deemed she did not make a mistake because we did not specifically say to follow the recipe for it. So if I went in and asked for the Festive Turkey with those 3 toppings as well, would I have received just turkey with my chosen toppings and the rest of the sandwich removed? I do not understand this logic. The manager refused to be contacted, he or she was able to communicate with the employee in the store but refused any form of communication with me directly, making the employee provide excuses for them. No longer coming here again, if I ask for a menu sandwich, why do I need to bold and italicize I want the sandwich ON THE MENU? 30+$ for two wraps almost the size of McDonald's wraps. No mayo, no onion, no lettuce, refusal to just admit it was a mistake and dodging my inquiries then straight up saying I was wrong for perceiving it as a mistake because I didn't know I had to say the"chef's menu" password to unlock my full order.

  Typical Subway and food which is why I went there. However, one gripe. Due to amount of take out that I purchased, I was asked if I wanted a bag and was going to until they told me it would be 75 cents for a paper bag! Ridiculous! Don't know if it was specific to that location or a new Subway policy. We shall see. One more try at another outlet. If that is policy I'm done with Subway.
