- LPloveleen phulkaJan 1, 20261.0I visited this Subway today around 5:00–5:15 PM, and my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who was making my sub was extremely rude from the beginning. When I asked for extra cheese or even a little extra of anything, she kept repeating in a rude tone that “there is an extra $1 for this” or “extra $2 for that.” I am fully aware that extra items cost more, and I was ready to pay, but the way she spoke was very disrespectful. On top of that, she barely added any vegetables. There were only one or two slices of onion and almost no veggies at all. My sub was practically empty and tasteless. She was adding vegetables only for show, not properly filling the sandwich. It felt unfair because I was paying for a full sub, not an empty one. Good customer service is very important, and this experience was really upsetting. I hope management looks into this and trains staff to be more polite and respectful to customers.

But they already locked it and when I saw a worker inside and she was showing me sign that it is closed. I was disappointed like I walked there from my home. Wanted a tasty snacks but got nothing.
