  I placed an App order at this Subway location (96 Ave) during my daughter's dance competition on January 25 & 26th at the Chief Sepass Theatre. No issues here. Fast forward to Feb 20th, I'm at the Coast Langley Hotel & Conference Center for another dance competition for my daughter. I placed an App order to this location and not the intended location (20300 Fraser Hwy). Despite MANY attempts in calling the 96 Ave location, I was not successful in reaching this franchise to cancel my order. I paid for an order I was not able receive due to the distance. I made my best efforts to contact their number on Google and eventually it said "this number is not in service". The owner "says" they'll send me a gift card of the amount I paid but yet has to provide proof that he has sent it out. I live in Chilliwack and will NOT be in Fort Langley anytime soon!

  We visited this location on Nov 15th, and ordered 2 foot longs, one was a combo with a fountain drink. Upon leaving we refilled our drink but decided to swap from mug to Pepsi. My girlfriend took a sip of the Pepsi first and instantly tasted a mold / earthy flavour; I took a small sip and agreed and spit it out. My partner then began to feel sick and contracted mild food poisoning. Would not reccomend this location as sanitary practices are clearly not a priority, the sandwhich artist also dropped the sauce bottle on my sub and continued on making it.
