  I placed an online order for two subs this morning at about 7:30 AM while dropping my daughter off at school. My order was confirmed at 7:28 AM. When I arrived just after the scheduled pickup time of 8:30 AM, there was a sign on the door saying “cash only” and someone was inside replacing the POS system. The employee at the counter knew nothing about my order and there was nothing prepared. I checked my email and saw the order had been cancelled at 8:17 AM, nearly an hour after it was confirmed. By that point I was already on my way there and only found out after arriving. I don’t constantly check my email while driving around in the morning, so I made the trip specifically for an order that no longer existed. This was a terrible experience. If a restaurant cannot fulfill online orders, online ordering should be turned off. Customers shouldn’t have to waste time making a trip for an order that the store has no ability to prepare. Based on this experience, I assume the Duncan locations are run by the same franchisee and would offer the same level of care, so Subway is off my list for the time being.

  Its clear that Subway's food options are healthier than other 'fast food'. Just they could use a refresh on their focus on processed meats and morph their atmosphere into a more pleasant sit-down mealcexperience. The Subway music soundtrack we heard is a good start....

  I am very disappointed with the service i received from staff. The employee name “Aileen” she was very rude and did not show any interest to the customers. So i can add one photo of food you can see how she add too much sauces in our sub as she shows anger in our sub its not fair to treat there customers like that way.

  Excellent staff, knowledgeable and professional. Prices are extremely high. 1 mm cheese slices, can see through them. Literally. They don't honour tv ads, apparently you have to go outside, use their app, order, then go inside to get the "deal". I think that's deceptive advertising.

  Very poor staff does not cooperate with customer and have very rude behaviour they do not care about regular customers over here.
