  20 Minutes to get this “Big” Mac. I hope Ronald is embarrassed by how pathetic McDonalds has become. The beef(if that’s what it is) isn’t much thicker than the pickle chip. What an absolute waste of money. No wonder the CEO won’t eat it. Oh, and would you believe the ice cream machine didn’t work?😲

  The last time I ordered breakfast the has browns were soggy and cold.. so this time I requested fresh one I said i was happy to pull over and wait. Well they were fresh but so undercooked that they just crumbled to pieces before I even opened the bad. This a constant problem it doesn't take much to keep the oil hot and clean and cook till golden brown.. common sense

  I am not complaining about the food. I have noticed that this location charges 7% PST. This is the first time that I was charged PST in any restaurant. Other restaurants only charge 5% GST. In addition, the drive through is not open 24 hours. I came by many times between 2:30 am and 4:30 am and both lanes were closed. So please don't let customers think that your drive through is open 24 hours. Either have staff on site to keep it open 24 hours or change it to the actual time when you actually close the drive through. You are wasting people's time.
