They don't honour tv ads, apparently you have to go outside, use their app, order, then go inside to get the "deal". I think that's deceptive advertising.

She didn’t even ask me what kind of cheese I wanted and instead choose it herself, which shows a lack of patience and care. Her customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Honestly, in my entire life I have never experienced such poor food quality and such terrible service. This is completely unacceptable in customer service. I hope the management immediately addresses her misbehavior.
