Honestly, in my entire life I have never experienced such poor food quality and such terrible service. This is completely unacceptable in customer service. I hope the management immediately addresses her misbehavior.

Instead of being polite and attentive, she was dismissive, impatient, and acted as if helping me was a burden. This is not acceptable in a customer service role, especially in a place like Subway where people expect a friendly and welcoming environment. If this is how staff are allowed to treat customers, it reflects very poorly on the management. I hope her behavior is addressed immediately, because no customer should have to deal with such unprofessional service.
