  I am extremely frustrated and upset with this order and my overall experience. I ordered 1 Gordita Crunch Taco and 3 Soft Potato Tacos, yet I only received ONE potato taco. That means two items I paid for were completely missing. This is not a minor mistake — it’s a basic failure to get a very simple order right. On top of that, the situation at the restaurant was disgusting and unacceptable. There were rats running around, which is honestly disturbing and made me feel unsafe and grossed out. That alone is enough to ruin the experience, but it somehow got worse. When I tried to call the store to fix the issue, no one answered the phone. I made the effort to contact you to resolve this, and I was completely ignored. Now I’m stuck missing food I paid for, wasting my time, and dealing with an issue that should never have happened in the first place. I paid full price and expected basic order accuracy, cleanliness, and customer service — none of which were delivered. This level of carelessness and lack of response is unacceptable, and I expect this to be taken seriously and corrected properly.

  How does head office see these reviews and not do anything? Literally the least competent employees on Earth. They have NEVER done my order correctly. Absolutely insane how incapable you can be and still have a job.

  We always drive out to this Taco Bell from Vancouver and Mahek always has our back. We got a very complicated tons of modifications order and she handles it like a dream. Very good service. My 88 year old grandma loves the bean taco supreme extra bean
