  Had such a great experience at this pizza place! 🍕 The customer service was honestly amazing — the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The whole vibe was warm and inviting, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for not just good food, but great service too. Can’t wait to go back!

  Honestly, this is the worst Papa John’s location I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had multiple issues with them, and they never properly resolve anything. One time, they assumed my order was fake just because I ordered several pizzas. Another time, they didn’t even make my order because they thought my topping choices were “weird.” It’s beyond frustrating. And if you look at their reviews, it’s clear this isn’t just happening to me….they consistently mess up orders and fail to fix them. Their idea of compensation is offering $5 off a future order, which completely misses the point. It’s not about the money, it’s about basic service and accountability. The last time I went in, the staff were laughing the entire time and speaking in Punjabi to each other…while I was waiting. That was the final straw. I ended up walking out and later contacted head office because the whole experience was honestly unacceptable.

  The main issue I have with this store is how inconsistent they are. Today I ordered a pizza with 2x Extra mushrooms and in total they were may 5/6 bits of mushrooms which is low even for a regular mushroom toppings order and I ordered 2x extra mushrooms. Not gonna lie, sometimes the toppings are in adequate amounts. But it’s always hit or miss. Consistency matters in pizza orders. Please figure this out.

  This was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had, especially for gluten-free options. The gluten-free crust was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft inside and didn’t feel like a compromise at all. The toppings were fresh and full of flavor, and every bite was absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and making great gluten-free pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Definitely recommend the Mediterranean and pepperoni!!
