  They took our number off the screen as soon as we ordered, then forgot our order. When I asked if there was a problem they said they didn't know we ordered and didn't even apologize. Also super dirty location, definitely avoid this one. Not the first time I've had problems here

  Worst McDonald’s drive-thru ever. They gave me old fries that were fried again – solid as a brick and completely inedible. Went back to complain and they made me wait 10 minutes. The guy at the window had a horrible attitude, no sorry, no thank you, just rudely handed the bag like it wasn’t their mistake. My other food got cold waiting. Got home and the “new” fries were still mixed with hard old ones. Rude staff and terrible service. Never again.

  The staff was awesome especially one young man that asked if I had 15 min to wait as I wanted blueberry pies but they did not have any left but this young man offered to put some down and I could come back in 15. When I came back they were ready so I ended up buying 6 instead of 2 just because this young man's customer service

  Cheese cheese cheese!!! I bought a burger there and it came with cheese right on it. I'm used to being treated very unfairly by pretty much everyone so when I saw how many cheese there were I almost cried. There must have been like 40 cheese on the burger IT WAS DELICIOUS! I saved two of the cheese to take home and give to my children. You should have seen their eyes light up when I pulled it out of my pockets. They squealed with what I can only assume was delight (or possibly terror, but probably delight—I find it hard to tell the difference between types of squeals.) Anyway, I really enjoyed my meal even though I couldn't get the lid off my drink so I had to throw it out the window. It hit a car that was in the other lane and the person got really, really angry. When we stopped at the light he got out of his car squealing with anger (again, I'm assuming) and raged up to my window. He was so angry he didn't even care how many cheese was on my burger. He just kept yelling and yelling and wouldn't stop even after I showed him the glow in the dark dancing hula girl I keep on my dash board. And it's VERY mesmerizing! Well, long story short, after a few kind strangers helped us get free of the giant net we ended up trapped in, I went home excited to give my kids the cheese and watch my favorite show "Strong Hungry Idiot". Situations like this really make you think, don't they? Rating: 0.910896639 out of 1!

  I just purchased a coffee here and specifically asked for it to be fresh, but that request wasn’t respected. What stood out even more was the attitude from the server, which came across as unprofessional, as though I was being given something for free rather than paying as a customer. Customers are paying for both the product and the service, and basic courtesy and attentiveness should be standard. This experience fell short of that expectation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both product quality and customer service.
