  I asked for my food to be made fresh, and the response I got was rude and unnecessary. The manager said, “It is always fresh. If I had to make it anymore fresh I would have to chop off the chicken’s head.” That kind of comment is unprofessional and completely inappropriate to say to a customer. The service was horrible, and to make it worse, the Baja Blast was not even properly stocked because the syrup clearly wasn’t refilled. Bad attitude, bad service, and poor drink quality. I would not recommend this location.

  The service was horrible from the start, and the staff came across as rude and dismissive instead of helpful. I asked if my food could be made fresh, and instead of getting a polite answer, I was spoken to in an unprofessional way. On top of that, the Baja Blast tasted off because the syrup clearly had not been refilled properly. For a place like KFC, I expected much better customer service and basic attention to quality. I will not be coming back.

  Worst kfc in surrey/delta, the management needs to do something about this. You can expect your self to wait around 45mins for your order and they do not treat u as customers they will completely ignore u and you will have to remind them about your order. This kfc was once doing well but now is going downhill day by day. This comment is made to bring awareness!
