  I don't know what happen to this place. We used to enjoy it decade ago. Absolute trash food... I was in the area for nostalgia I got 1 chicken taco hard shell. The shell tasted so stale and like it had been sitting on the floor for days. Barely 1 piece of chicken the inside was worse all the ingredients it tasted like cardboard from the floor. One bite and I threw it. Now I see the other reviews. Place needs to be shut down

  I paid around $1.50 for a side of guacamole and received maybe 15 cents worth. Service was slow and sloppy.

  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. Part of my order was missing when we got home, which was already frustrating. When we called the store to let them know, the situation only got worse. The employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to give her name, was reluctant to let us speak to a manager when we asked, hung up on us, and then blocked our number. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, we were treated with disrespect and completely shut down from any communication. I hope management seriously looks into this, because no customer should be treated that way.

  Typically I have pleasent experience visiting the chain especially when munchies hit, but to the staff working there could you please check your inventory much more closely because Ive spent 40 dollars For half of my items to be "stale" taco/burrito. I payed for the most awful dining experience and it leaves me wondering what other areas their overlooking if my items taste older then the staff working there. Once again please check your inventory and throw out the old stuff.

  Food sucks but it's fast food, what do you expect. The taco shells were like cardboard. The new nacho fries with cheese sauce are good. The staff are nice and this place was recently renovated. Expect to order at self serve kiosks; there are no menu boards behind the cash tills anymore.
