I love this subway! There was such a kind lady working when I was there and I’ve never been asked this before but she was making my boyfriends sandwich that had meat on it and I don’t eat meat, she asked me if I’d like her to change her gloves for handling my veggie sub, I feel like all employees should ask this after handling meat! 10/10 would recommend this place!

The best Subway location in town. I always travel all the way across the city just to get food from this spot. The food is always fresh, and the service is consistently wonderful.

I ordered my food through the Subway app and went to pick it up, but due to system and technical issues, the store never received the order. I waited in the store while the manager was dealing with the issue, but neither he nor any of the employees acknowledged me or apologized for the inconvenience. The manager didn’t even greet me and instead just stood there giving me looks while on the phone.
After waiting for quite a while, I had to reorder on the app once their system finally started working again. While I was waiting, another employee came from the back and said, “Did his order not go through?” and then started laughing along with another employee. When she realized I noticed her laughing at the situation, she suddenly got serious.
I ended up waiting over 20 minutes due to their technical issues, with no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. I’ve been to this Subway many times, and a simple apology or even a small discount would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, there was zero customer service.
To make matters worse, I requested extra veggies on my sub through the app, and they barely added any.
I definitely would not recommend this Subway location. You’re better off going to the Scottsdale Mall location or the 64th Street location instead.

Yesterday i went to this subway, i have one coupen that includes 12 inch sub with 6 inch sub of $1.99 so i have to buy 1 footlong and 6 inch was free with that one. So i ordered on the screen and added coupen with that so it was showing screen that deal has been applied to your order. Then waited almost 20 minutes there for the order after that i went to the counter and i asked for both the subs and one girl said we made only one sub i said but I have a coupen and i showed to her. She said sometimes that screen is not working properly then i said the deal was already applied and saw the screen but she refuses again. Then i said that’s ok i got that footlong only. But I wondered that why she was making excuses for that and why they put that screens there if they are working properly. Worst service by them.
