The location called me a liar and said they had video proof they made the subs correctly. When confronted at the store they said the manager wasn’t there and stopped answering their phone and that they checked the cameras remotely. The fact I was called a liar and then not shown proof is enough to show you their level of customer service.

The staff member was rude, didn’t greet me, and toasted my sandwich for far too long, making it hard to eat. While it was in the oven, she started doing other tasks and didn’t seem attentive, and even after taking it out, she appeared unwilling to properly assemble it. The sandwich was poorly made, with sauces all over and vegetables sticking out, and it was so messy and unappetizing that I couldn’t eat it. I understand it may have been a busy or tiring shift, but a paying customer should at least receive an edible sandwich. I’d advise the owner to consider better staffing or improved compensation to help reduce workload and motivate employees to provide basic customer service.

This is a serious mistake and shows a lack of care for customers with dietary restrictions. Extremely disappointed with this Subway location.
