  Went through Till 1 today around 9:30 am, despite a line up there was only one till open. Cashier Farida was not very pleasant to deal with. She does not greet anyone happily, it seemed as if she was forced to work. She did not even say thank you. I have personally worked in the retail and same chain but I have never seen someone greet customers in such a way.

  My partner and I recently visited Save on Food Grocery Store. Overall, the store itself is fine - it’s clean, organized, and the staff members were polite and helpful. We did not have any issues with the products or the workers. However, our experience was negatively affected by the behavior of one security guard. Throughout our visit, he continuously watched us very closely and appeared to follow us around different sections of the store. Even while we were checking out, he remained nearby and kept observing us in a way that felt uncomfortable. We understand that security staff are there to ensure safety, but there was no probable cause for such close monitoring. It felt as though we were being treated with suspicion without any reason, which created an uneasy atmosphere. The constant staring and presence gave an unnecessary authoritative vibe that made our shopping experience uncomfortable. We hope management can address this so customers can feel welcome and respected while shopping.

  I bought a box of Lindor Hearts for Valentines day and the price was 41.99 reduced to 37.99 with rewards card and the same day i went to london drugs for a photo pickup and the same box was going for 27.99 so like a logical person i purchased the cheaper box and planned to return the item. Went into save on and the custmer service desk said we dont do returns on clearance items and i corrected her saying it wasnt clearance it was sale price and then she said sorry we dont do returns on seasonal items. First of all this is crazy price gauging and the secondly the employee isnt personally liable for the return. Being rude about a return is not the right way to deal with this situation. I took the receipt and item to the nordel location and they took the return but gave a long speech about taking the item to the store i purchased it from. its a corporation it doesnt matter. not going to shop at save of foods again for a very long time with this experience. PFG had $32.8 Billion in revenue last year, a $40 return should not be dealt like this.
