My partner and I ordered two burgers and after taking a bit out of mine, I had to pull a hair out of my mouth and can see another poking out my burger. I went to the counter and had a new one made but can observe an employee with facial hair and no net. When I came back to my partner at the table, she had her burger taken apart and the lettuce was browning, with black spots and looked half rotten. We requested an immediate refund and I left there feeling disgusted and felt like I had a hair trapped in my throat. This is repugnant cleanliness and food safety protocols/compliance.

Today the lady who took my order she didn’t want to understand what I want , good thing manager was there , manager was very helpful and nice, the lady who took my order made my latte , she didn’t even stir it, when I drank half all French vanilla syrup was down. Both times I have wasted my money on this place .
