This is my second time coming here, and the service was the same both times. I arrive around 6:00 AM, and the woman taking orders is consistently rude. When I tried to add an item at the window, she snapped at me, saying I should have ordered at the speaker. I believe this employee needs better customer service training or should be replaced, as this is now a recurring issue.

I went to McDonald at 7005 120 St Delta BC around 8.10PM to pickup my skip order. An Indian lady claiming to be manager told me that she will be not give me my order without skip bag. I requested her to please could you make an exemption this time i will be bring next time. She cancel my order and also threatened me to block me on skip delivery app. Moreover when I requested her name and i want to complain to your superior she said in a very rude manner i am the manager and completely ignored request and tell me to do whatever you can do. I do not know who hire you or make you manager with zero customer service skills. Shame on you

Waited 30 minutes standing with my younger sister who was hungry, only to be told the “kitchen got cold” and have our order refunded. No proper explanation, no communication while we were waiting, and no effort to update us sooner. If the kitchen couldn’t operate, customers should be informed immediately, not after half an hour. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve never seen a McDonald’s in such a terrible condition. The self-order machines had no receipt paper, and even though the staff were aware of the problem, no one bothered to replace it. The employees’ attitude was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. The staff at the pickup counter were unwilling to assist with ordering, and the overall service was shockingly rude. This was a very disappointing experience.

I hate to admit, but I’ve been here too many times and every time the service is horrible. They take three or four orders and then walk away and you’re waiting in an abyss. Your number comes up and then it disappears and no one‘s around to answer any questions. Finally, when the food shows up 10 to 15 minutes later, they mumble something and you have to ask if that’s your order. Cold or at the very best lukewarm every time. The restaurant is dirty and the bathrooms are nasty. When is the service industry going to recognize they are missing the point. No one smiles, no one communicates, no one really cares. No such thing as service expectations anymore. But I guess it’s my fault for going to McDonald’s in the first place.
