I visited this McDonald’s around 11 pm.
The place felt quiet. Only a few lights on. No crowd. No noise.
That made the visit better.
The staff noticed me right away. They spoke calmly. They stayed polite.
The order process felt smooth. No rushing. No confusion.
Food came out fast. Fries arrived hot and fresh.
The burger looked clean and well put together.
Everything tasted the way it should at this hour.
The dining area looked tidy. Floors stayed clean.
No trash on tables. No strong smells.
Late night service often feels rushed. This one did not.
You get calm service and consistent food here.
I would stop by again late at night.

Won’t be coming back, this is the third time they forgot our order from ordering at the drive thru. We spent 30 mins here before we when in for a refund. When we went in for a refund, they didn’t even have our order. Complete disorganization.

Horrific. Twice so far our drive through order has been skipped and been waiting for over 30 minutes for. We had to go into the restaurant more than 3-4 times the second time after waiting 40 minutes after being told to pull to the front of the restaurant. Multiple other orders were fulfilled while others were skipped. Restaurant workers were inattentive and even told us to check someone else’s meal after bringing out a random one to see if it was ours. Wouldn’t they have our order on file? Awful. Will not be back and taking our business elsewhere as well as family members. This location has significantly gone down hill. Many immature people working in the back not making food or just goofing off and being careless about their job. We only ordered 3 basic meals so it wasn’t much to take care of.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
Arrived around 11:30 AM and ordered one iced coffee (with extra ice) and one tea.
I was left standing at the counter for nearly 20 minutes for two basic drinks.
What makes this worse is that the store was full of employees, yet almost no one was actually preparing or handing out orders. No communication, no apology, no sense of urgency. It looked like no one was in charge.
When I finally got my iced coffee, the ice was almost completely melted, which is unacceptable—especially when I specifically asked for extra ice. It clearly had been sitting there for a long time.
To top it off, the self-service machine outside was out of paper and nobody bothered to refill it, showing a complete lack of basic maintenance.
Long waits, poor drink quality, and zero management.
If this location cannot handle simple orders, customers should seriously reconsider coming here.
