  Ordered through uber for delivery. Didn't get any of the accompanying sauces in the sealed bag, so it wasn't the driver taking them. The gravy tasted like watered down sludge. Drink that was supposed to be a bottle, was not only a can instead, but the wrong drink. On top of that, when I tried to phone them about the problem, nobody answered twice for over 8 rings.

  I ordered from KFC through Uber Eats today and was extremely disappointed. I specifically requested my food to be well done and to include ketchup, but neither request was honored. The food arrived stale and unappetizing. The poutine was especially bad—large chunks of unmelted cheese made it almost inedible. On top of that, the dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken was missing entirely. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I won’t be ordering from here again. Also, STORE MANAGER pls refer to the image below and tell me if that is how u serve poutine???? Really disgusting 🤮

  I ordered online at this store by mistake I am still waiting for a refund. I never picked up my order and was still charged by this store. Very frustrating. I have contacted them but they keep postponing saying call back later.

  They do not want your dine-in order. They exclusively want delivery service takeout. Except to literally watch as they prioritize deliveries who aren't even there yet, while you wait for them to get around to making your food. Won't be coming back.

  I order my usual 2 slider box meal: It comes with a choice of 2 sliders: original or spicy It comes with a choice of drink It comes with a choice of salad It comes with a choice of sauce I am seldom asked my choices. They just hit me with, "is that everything?" and ask me to drive ahead How do you know what salad to give me? Drink? Which sandwiches to make? I have to prompt my way through the entire interaction as if I'm the drive thru worker. My last visit, I asked for both sandwiches to be spicy, but I got one original, one spicy. On another visit, I asked for hot sauce and the lady gave me mild sauce without telling me they were out of hot AND forgot my straw + the specialty sauce that comes with my meal. When I drove around and explained the errors calmly — she says, "drive ahead" no apology, nothing. Her face at the window told me everything I needed to know. She looked at me as if she was irritated. As if it was my fault. She said, "yea I gave you mild, we're out of hot" Fair play, but it doesn't explain the missing straw, or the specialty sauce that comes with my meal. A simple, "I'm sorry I missed that" is the MINIMUM that should be coming from someone in a service-based position. 60-80% of the time they mess up my order here, don't know what is included in the box meals, or forget to add something to the bag. KFC HQ: Please set some time aside and train the staff here on correct service-based etiquette. If you're in a position of service you should be dictating the interaction & apologizing for mistakes when they happen.
