    As someone who needs to have my burgers lettuce wrapped (more like a burger salad at DQ) I still expect that the burger will be hot when I order it. The double patty wasn't even warm and the cheese wasnt melted. Disappointing

    I ordered food at the drive through, 02/25/26 12:28 pm. I placed one order for 2 -4 piece chicken strip meals. This is the first time in a very long time we were disappointed, we both looked at each thinking it was a value meal for the amount that was there. The chicken was dry and the French fries tasted on the old side. Again we were not expecting this quality from this location. And P.S. we buy ice-cream from here every week.

    Placed a mobile order for a Reese's Peanut Butter blizzard cake, and when we arrived to pick it up we were told there was only Tropical or Smarties available. I specifically ordered online because I thought it would be made to order. Otherwise I would've just gone in to pick one out of the freezer myself. It was meant to be a birthday cake, and I was already unable to order the requested flavour (choco cherry chip) because there is no custom order option online, and then to have the secondary choice be denied because apparently online orders aren't made to order and it's just first come first serve? Not cool. Guess we won't bother ordering online anymore.
