  I went there in the morning around 11 am and find out that the entrance door was locked. I tried knocking several times and after 2 minutes somebody opened the door. I mean why lock it in the first place. Trying to avoid customers??

  The restaurant was not clean, their ice machine been broken for months and they dont let you know ahead of time otherwise I would have got bottled drinks. The wall beside fountain machine is disgusting!!! Hasn't been wiped in months! The clerks were friendly but very hard to understand eachother took 10 mins just to put order in correctly. While i was waiting for food both the clerks sat against wall behind till n played on phones instead of wiping off tables, which were gross. Then I get home n my slider sandwich was very old!!! The bun was have hard n chewy I threw it out n the chicken looked as if it were there allllll day was dark n hard threw that out too. Was very unimpressed

  They always, always, always forget something. I got the Matty Matheson sandwich online when I get there to pick up they tell me they are out and gave me an original sandwich instead. That's the whole reason I ordered it. Next time I get the sandwich but they have no gravy and my poutine and sides are replaced with coleslaw. I dont like coleslaw!

  Totally unacceptable for a restaurant to be run into the ground like this. The seats were all sticky, posters falling on the floor, half the lightbulbs were burnt out, dark dinghy atmosphere. Told to wait 15 minutes….. 40 minutes later the order was complete, was the only one in there. I also regret not turning around as soon as I stepped into the building. Will never ever be back to this place. WARNING- to all ……AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
