  We ordered food from this place off of Uber Eats. We got the food about an hour later, food was cold, & Uber said there was a delay at the restaurant. We ordered a normal 14 piece bucket of chicken meal but ended up receiving the order with a mix of chicken strips inside instead of what we paid for.

  I have been going to this store my whole life, and it's continued to go down hill for the past 30 years. There was a time when I was young that KFC was a staple business in the community, the store was always packed with people picking up hot chicken and cold drinks before going to the beach, often most of the seats would be filled and the service was always friendly. None of that remains. The store is empty, the food is cold, the drinks are warm, the tables are dirty and so is everything else. I even got sick the last time I ate there, and so have many others! This store needs to be shut down or new ownership needs to take over and clean it up. I miss when KFC was worth going to here!

  No clean table, no napkins, gave us a bunch of nickels for our change… while they all sit in the back doing nothing.. pick up a rag, stock the napkins and lids and straws… do something 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

  App doesn't allow you to order 20 minutes before close, nor does the restaurant answer their phone. On 2 separate occasions I have started an order in the app and have been unable to complete due to this issue. Both to mention the store does not answer to help rectify said issue. Google hours are never up to date, they close without warning or notification to the locals. Very frustrated and dissatisfied.

  We haven't been to the Cranbrook KFC in about 2 years. After my son and I had dinner there this evening, never again! Not one clean table should have been my clue in. There were only 2 people waiting for food when we arrived, 2 other pick up orders. We each ordered a big crunch sandwich combo, and a large popcorn chicken poutine to share. The food was ready in a normal ish time, and went to grab the bag to eat in lol. They can't afford to clean trays let alone tables nowadays. I grabbed the poutine out of the bag and asked the counter guy 'this is a large?'. He said yes and kinda smirked. Sat down with my son.....only 'warm thing' was the chicken in the sandwiches. First fry, icecold. Ever try and eat a poutine that's cold and the cheese is still in a cold clump? While we ate, we listened....A man came jn looking for the two medium salads that were missing from his take out order 30 mins prior and mentioned that all his food was cold as well. Others at the counter now began to question their orders as well. After we cleaned up our garbage I made my way to the cashier....well, they kept swapping front to back, no wonder the orders were wrong. I calmly said I have to agree with the man that was just in....As 3 customers stared at me, I said 'we ate in, and the only warm thing was a chicken piece'. The man then profoundly claimed all was fresh! ....and proceeded to come out from behind the counter. I am not sure of his intentions, but I said I was going to write a review. After reading multiple poor reviews, alm I can say is if my son or myself get ill in the next 24hrs, I will be going forward
