- CDCarmie Dixon3 days ago2.0Went thru the drive thru at 10pm. We bought a burger meal and 2 small fries. We did not want ketchup, instead we wanted 4 mayo pkgs. They charged us extra for them. We then drive to the next window while we waited for our order, which was ok. I never mind waiting for fresh fries. The person came and gave us our order. They turned to leave and we asked if our mayo was in the bag, they said, no and got it. They then try to give us 3 mayo and 1 ketchup. Before I took it, I said no ketchup. They then took the ketchup out of there hand and handed me 3 mayo and walked away. Then as we are eating the fries in the car on our way home, the fries are not cooked all the way. They are hot, but not crispy. And they are mixed with old cold soggy fries. So disappointed in. Won't be going here ever again.

All the fries in one bag was poured in the bag rather than it nicely in the holders. Had to go inside and spoke to two people with broken English , so frustrating, take some pride in your work people I know it’s only fast food but a little effort and care will make all the difference. And to the management crew, hire better workers that can actually speak English

Ordered a cinnamon bun, no icing. Ordered a sprite, got fizzy water… 4 times. Bro all their machines were out. Employees are just kids and it’s not their responsibility to manage a main fast food chain.
