The service was slow, and we had to wait a long time even though the restaurant was not crowded. Staff did not seem interested in customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves .
- PPPoplunaticDec 23, 20251.0Got a chicken sandwich with brown and slimy lettuce on it, went up and asked them about it they said they were out of lettuce so they just used old lettuce???(there is a thrifty food next door) I asked them to remake the sandwich without lettuce they took the sandwich away and put it in the microwave or something for 30 seconds and gave me back THE SAME SANDWICH with nothing changed, it was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had, I had to throw it out, they refused to give me a refund or another sandwich DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
