  Really disappointed with my recent visit to the McDonald’s drive-thru at around 2 AM on Saturday. The staff members, Komal and Harman, were rude and unprofessional. On top of that, I was completely ignored at the pickup window with no communication or explanation, and the coffee I received was cold. This made the experience very frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

  The only thing I will say for anyone who wants to come here. Don't. Go to the one near IKEA instead. Enough said.

  They have a ketchup dispenser but no cups are there. I asked some server for cups but she silently refused that request and only gave me two individual packets; I ordered a large fries so I asked her for more ketchup but she only gave me another one packet only to send me away. 🥺That’s how stingy this branch is. 😩Terrible customer service. 😤 I would rather go some other McDonald’s branch farther but with better service and with ketchup station like the ones near Lougheed station. Not recommend this branch at all!

  This McDonald’s has been pretty special to me over the years, and to be completely and genuinely honest, it’s a great location! You’ll notice that they treat you the best at this location out of any other locations probably in the whole entirety of the lower mainland. Im trying not to be biased here but the employees here do try to go above and beyond to the customers in terms of service and food quality. This is a McDonald’s that respects their customers, and the customers support the business through their loyalty. Since the renovation in 2024, the dining room has decreased in size making it slammed packed on a Saturday afternoon, but it’s still the place to be. In this day, it’s very rare to find an establishment that strives to provide good service to their guests, but this McDonald’s does. I will absolutely return to this location, and you should too! (just don’t come during the overnight hours) 😉
