  The girl with the cool nails is so friendly and smiling. The team seem to work together and have great attitudes. Keep those fries fresh though, there's nothing worse than getting undercooked and cold fries even if its only occasionally. Fries are your THING!

  This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. Parking is a joke, customer service was trash, and the hygiene was honestly concerning. Staff were handling food without even wearing hairnets, and I saw a supervisor touching food with gloves like basic food safety just doesn’t exist here. And what did they do to the Filet-O-Fish buns? Those buns used to be soft and actually good. Now they taste cheap, dry, and sad — like they gave up completely. McDonald’s is already fast food, but this location somehow made it worse.

  need to hire someone to clean tables constantly, no one was clearing or cleaning tables the entire time I was there

  I ordered the double Big Mac and I received a normal Big Mac. They did put it in the box labelled double. But it was not a double. Just a plain o’l regular Big Mac. You know the one with really small patties? That one. Bun to meat ratio is like 4:1. You call that a Big Mac? More like a Sad Mac.

  The worker here just touched the cash we paid with and our fries with the same hand (and no gloves). This is against restaurant health code and is a violation according to the Canadian HACCP... She did this as she handled with other people's food as well. Need to be checked by public health authorities.
