  I went in here Expecting a really good return, it’s really nicely renovated and the bathrooms were clean sort of. I ordered one taco and two dipping burritos. I was standing there with my family and everyone that was ordering from DoorDash and Uber we’re getting their food picked up and was ready but everyone that was dining in or taking out that was ordered in person was not getting anything. I waited around 35 minutes and my order was never even prepared and neither there was multiple other people’s order not prepared. We didn’t get our order until we finally went up and complained and said that our order was taking way too long. They didn’t even have our order prepared and they didn’t have anyone else’s prepared either. They gave us free small quantity of cold fries that tasted like bounce that ahh. It was also super super greasy and oily. The whole kitchen staff looked like they were doing everything and nothing at the same time.

  I love Taco Bell, but the staff are the most incompetent people in the world. I placed an online order for a 930 pick up and it’s currently 1021 and they’ve just started making my order. This is ridiculous and they need to stop hiring people who can’t Do the work that a Busy fast food place requires. They’ve just reopened after renovations, but the service is just as bad as ever

  The employees are trying their best and are friendly and the food is decent (a bit below standards). The renovation is nice but as all the other reviews mention, extremely long wait time. Also drive thru doesn’t even work half the time and no fountain drinks?!? The greedy operator/owner probably rush opened this renovation as they were losing money being closed, but honestly rushing it just makes the re-opening experience lacking, slow and overall not wanting to return.

  The wait time was excessively long to the point of being unreasonable, especially considering this location was recently renovated. Unfortunately, the renovation seems to have improved appearances only, not efficiency or quality. When the food finally arrived, it was deeply underwhelming and noticeably worse than it used to be—bland, uninspired, and lacking the flavor this place once had. The service was equally disappointing: slow, disorganized, and inattentive. Overall, the entire experience felt like a downgrade disguised as an upgrade. I left frustrated and extremely disappointed, with no desire to return.

  I went to taco bell today, so excited as they finally re opened. This could be due to the excitement that they have reopened which caused a lot of demand, but they don’t have fountain drinks, didn’t have the taco I wanted where I bought a dorito’s locos tacos SUPREME KEEP IN MIND. 2 Nacho fries and a drink - don’t have the baja blast?? or any fountain drinks?? They gave me a canned pepsi which I have never seen before, unless i’m being dramatic (i’m hungry) i switched my taco out for a hard shell where i asked what the other options were and she told me “only soft shell and hard shell” whatever that means… I expected they would’ve told me what would be in the same price range or about the same size as the taco I WANTED. I opened my taco and when i tell you that was as flat as a pancake i’m not even kidding, my friends were quite shocked on how little quantity it was. I ate it in 1 minute and I typically get full with a singular cheeseburger and some fries. I was not full. I suggest that they possibly finish setting up their space and maybe run like a regular fast food restaurant, before opening a fast food restaurant… also I may be a little stingy but there was no option to skip tip and I don’t really know who I was tipping for their service as I was using a kiosk..? Incredibly over priced for the service and quality of the food, also extremely unnecessary for kfc to share the same space as taco bell.
