- NFNeda FarFeb 25, 20261.0Had such a bad experience with food staff who don't know pricings and for extra sauces ... not properly trained to quickly give price on food and prepare it with the right sticker so customer does not have to wait for 20 min and 3 staff to ask around for prices and how to work the sticker machine that is out of order. They don't even bother to put your food in paper bag and hand it to you. They just put all the food all over the different areas of the cashier and just want payment and expect u to pick up everything and bag it yoursef. They are very untrainned staff and waste custumer's time and energy. Such a bad experience

She is so happy with her 1st time as the cake is fresh and delicious, so she coming back for the 2nd time, and tonight the 3rd time, BUT it’s unacceptable as the cake is not fresh and the cake base is hardened. I think if any cake is past the best dates, please mark down the price and sell out(like Thrifty… like Safeway)! Now we will not buying any cake here as we lose the confidence of getting a fresh cake or not. Please look into this and thank you for any response or advice.
