  Large fries was half container and ordered a matty melt poutine and they got the order wrong. How do you manage to do that? New restaurant look...same old bad service and no accountability

  I had a really enjoyable lunch at KFC today. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with that classic KFC flavor that never disappoints. Everything was served hot and fresh, which made the meal even better.The staff were friendly and the service was quick, so I didn’t have to wait long for my food.

  Ordered 9 piece bucket with a coupon on Jan 1, 2026 at 11:58am. Just wanted to share my personal experience: 1. The pieces were significantly smaller compared to the pieces without a coupon. I saw a customer ordered 2 pieces without a coupon and thigh and leg were both significantly bigger than mine. Not sure whether they have smaller pieces prepared for coupon customers. 2. I tasted stale oil in the legs, likely caused by using old and overused oil. I was too lazy to return it to the store when i ate it at my friend's house. 3. Bring your own bag if you order to go. They charge you for a simple paper bag. 4. They do not honor all items on the coupon. The coupon includes two small sides, but the employee said they can only give two small gravy because their computer only allows gravy. The employee checked with the supervisor and the supervisor said they can only give gravy. 5. With a 9 piece bucket, they only gave 3 napkins.
