What was more disappointing is going up to the cashier. She didn’t even say hello and didn’t even bother to ask me for my more rewards card. Just basically handed me my receipt and didn’t say a word. Talk about poor customer service, I expect better considering the price we pay for groceries nowadays. Truly unprofessional of her (Gracie). I know she’s young, but if she’s going to work cash, she should learn about customer service and how to treat people. I will drive the extra and get my groceries from Courtenay from now on. That was a pretty bad first impression shopping at this store.
