- IGIgor Gontcharov5 days ago5.0I'm not a huge fan of this grocery store because everything is pretty expensive compared to others (I actually think its probably one of the most expensive groceries in Victoria since there is no other grocery store close so it seems they take advantage of that) and when i've ordered food a few times and it wasn't great. So why am I giving this place 5 stars? Wendy, that's why. Wendy rocks. I come here with my wife and kids to the bar/restaurant area to watch sports or have wings and she provides the very best service and is very lovely. Give Wendy a raise, she's awesome.

First time, the deli refused to sell me 2 sloces of meat because it did not meet the minimum weight. Second time, they refused to take my plastic bottles because I had not rinsed them ( even though they were sealed with a lid ). Third time, today,the deli did not know how to ring up deli meat that was under their minimum requirement.i had 2 slices. I spoke with a manager all 3 times and nothing was done. My beef is this, you have to train your people on how to do their job. Refusing to sell deli meat to me because they didnt know how to ring it up is poor service. The bottle washing rule seems to only be at the Royal Bay store. Look,my bottle had a lid on them. The 12 cans I returned…no lod,not washed out….they seem to pick and choose who and when they will provide service. This store is on life support. It is never busy in there.probably the lousy service and pricing. Finally, the prices at all QF locations are the highest in the city. This is a “Hospital Store “. Use only in an emergency.

In a world where jobs are lacking, companies need to cut people who 100% don't want to be there. The cashier also said that they know this is a problem.
- DBDisco And BenDec 16, 20255.0I ate at the Chinese food area and the food was delicious. Huge portions and was super fresh looking and tasty as all get out! Oh and the best part? Very affordable. Staff was excellent exactly what you expect from a quality foods. Huge area with tables to eat. Will be back soon!
- IVIan VantreightDec 8, 20251.0Community Meeting Room Availability. If you’re looking to book a meeting room, like it any other Quality Foods, don’t try to book one at this store in Royal Bay (Colwood), as it’s new policy is their meeting room is not available after 5:30 PM. Disappointing!
