  I want to give a huge shout-out to Aiden 🌟 in the customer service department. I was in a major rush today, and he went above and beyond to get my cake ready quickly. Excellent customer service—he truly saved the day! Thanks again 🌟

  I had a very disappointing experience at Save-On-Foods recently. My friend and I were in a hurry, so we quickly went to the bakery section, grabbed a couple of cheesecake slices, and headed straight to self-checkout. I completed the transaction carefully, waited until it showed “approved,” took the receipt, and we started heading out since we were already late. As we were leaving, one of the employees gave me a strange look. I didn’t think much of it and even politely said we were in a rush while passing by. However, after I got to my car, the same employee came outside and called me back in a very unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful manner. She told me my transaction hadn’t gone through and took my receipt. I had already double-checked it at the machine and was confident the payment was successful. When I looked at the receipt again, it clearly showed the transaction was approved. After I pointed this out, she checked her system again and then said it was a “misunderstanding.” What I found unacceptable was being approached and treated like I had done something wrong without proper verification. It felt very accusatory and based on assumption rather than facts. If there was any doubt, it should have been confirmed internally before confronting a customer in that way. I’ve been living here for 8 years and have never experienced something like this. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained to handle such situations with more care, respect, and proper verification.

  Amazing, efficient service from everyone that works here. Orders for pick up are completed many times in advance and they seem to put effort in the choices made for their customers. Very appreciated! Every visit has been great as well, with kind and helpful service!
