  Why is it that anytime I have come to this location NEVER can they say thank you or know basic manners . Companies need to start training for basic etiquette. I have worked in customer service for 25 years . Unlike most ppl I actually care.

  Food looked ok almost barely made it to the bathroom this location was the only subway in town I thought was safe, wasn't a East Indain to be seen the store use to be great there was all new staff the old staff greeted you with a smile and made your sandwiches with a smile and they were safe to eat, they also could carry a conversation while making your food these new ones are nothing but blank stares and the same sentence said to every customer like its the only sentence they know in English "would you like to make it a meal?"

  Purchased 50 dollar gift card for a Christmas present and with the promotion all Subways have before Christmas you recieve a ticket for one free sub. Went there and the owner/ manager didn't honor it. Said it wouldn't scan even though it clearly did. What a terrible way to run a business. You won't see me back there and I will make sure I tell people how unethical they are!

  All of the staff were great tonight but the young man that made our food was superb. He went above and beyond and we were all very satisfied. I believe he said his name was reshad though my hearing is bad. He was very polite, incredibly fast and efficient.
