  I have been coming to this location for 10 years, and this is the first time I have ever experienced racial discrimination here. This happened about a week ago. After placing my order, when it was time to pay and I took out my card, the staff member suddenly changed his tone. With a sarcastic smile and a mocking expression, he said, “How are you? Doing good?” It did not feel friendly — it felt condescending. Then he asked, “Where are you from? China?” This was not asked in a polite or conversational way. It clearly felt like I was being stereotyped based on my appearance. That is racial discrimination. I responded by asking him where he was from. He said he was from India, and it seemed like he realized what he had done because he immediately changed the subject and told me the total amount. I was shocked and uncomfortable. I didn’t even think to ask for his name at the time. It is extremely disappointing that this kind of racial behavior would happen in Garrison, a place where I have built many good memories over the years. No customer should feel singled out or stereotyped because of how they look. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

  The restaurant has a lot of tables and is pretty clean but for service I would give a 0 star if I could. The east indian guy behind the counter was so rude and unfriendly. He tried to take an order without saying a single word, impressive.

  Went there last night for a dine in bite with my family. The guy serving us is very rude and very crabby. He keeps on rushing us for our orders. While we are eating, he keeps on looking at us sharply as if he doesn’t want us there. Like every 2 minutes, he would look at us irritably and as if he was wanting us to leave. When we left he still looking at us like he is wanting to eat us alive. Very rude and condescending. And also, he thrift us with the vegetables in our sandwich like he practically placed 5 pieces of spinach for a footlong. Annoying. Will not eat there when he is serving. 🙄🙄

  Nice and clean location. Friendly and prompt staff. Put effort into my sandwich, enjoyed every bite.

  After my friends and i had lunch (buying subs from this exact store) i was left alone waiting for my ride home due to the fact of the poring rain. As I waited, an employee came up to me and kicked me out while i was still finishing my food, for no reason. This is completely unacceptable especially because i was a paying customer there. I was given no reason, i did nothing exept sit in the chair and look at my phone while eating for about 30 minutes, then was kicked out. You have just lost a loyal customer and i will definitely not be recommending this store to anyone i know. Stay Away! This was on Monday December 8th at 5:30pm Ridiculous!
