  We’ve been shopping at Save-On for years, and it’s usually our go-to stop to grab what we need and continue our day. We typically use the self-checkout, but today, Feb 28, around 5:30 pm, my wife had a frustrating experience. While scanning a few items, one required assistance. The employee helping her seemed to be having a rough day and was quite rude. Part of the issue was that we accidentally left a tag on a Save-On bag we had purchased previously, which caused it to scan incorrectly. We completely acknowledge it was our mistake, but the way my wife was treated was not okay. We hope Save-On can address this so customers can continue to enjoy a positive experience, even when small mistakes happen.

  This particular store is so bad at having the correct prices . I never had issues when I used to shop in Vancouver, but this store is always incorrect prices so you really need to keep on eye on everything. Shame on them in general for these ridiculous prices and them on top of it thry trying to cheat you ughh

  After spending over $300 I had the rude security guy follow me outside of the store and demand i show him a receipt while he unpacked all my groceries from cart to check receipt. I’ve never been so embarrassed and disgusted with how he treated a paying customer. Not even an im sorry after I proved to not have stolen a single item. Severely disappointing and save on foods did nothing to fix for me either. As I did call and complain.
