Customer service asked me to go back to store and the store asked me to contact Amazon and Amazon asked me to go back to this store. This store doesn’t want to put efforts on figuring out the underlying issue! Which, is very suspicious 🙃 I went this store bought a $25 amazon gift card and turned out the card has been scratched and used. I went to the store, it’s so funny that the customer service claimed that they are not able to see who scratched the card and asked customer to take the consequences. No action to improve the store or figure out the root cause AT ALL. Whether you can identify the thief or not is a store security issue. What matters is that you sold me a compromised product. Under consumer rights, the seller is responsible for the condition of the goods at purchase. I will file complaints in Consumer Protection BC. What a waste of time.

Why wouldn't they do it while they are closed is beyond me. I asked the customer service people why they don't do it while closed and all I got was flack and rudeness. I am not a Karen, and I was being kind but of course rudeness is something I will never tolerate. I will never ever step into a save on foods ever again. They lost me for life.

Went into Save on early on a Saturday morning to beat the crowds to get the freshest produce. Lol there was hardly any produce on the shelves and what was there was rotting literally molding right on the shelf. Went to produce gone wild. It was like I was in a different planet. Fresh nice produce so it is possible. Save on. Please do better! Edit: I wrote that before I read any other reviews and after reading all of the other reviews, mostly one star as well. I will not be returning to this store again. Save on is ridiculous. Should not be legal and it probably isn't. Another edit: as many other negative comments here, save on customer service reached out to me with a form letter that said nothing, apologized for nothing and had nothing to do with the quality of the food that they're passing off. This only reinforces the fact that they really don't care and they aren't reading these messages. They see a low review and send out a form letter thinking that it's going to fix something. Not sure who's running this place but I will not go back again.
