Waited over an hour to just get water on the table to drink. Had to ask 4 times tho. Then took over 1 hour 45 minutes to get 1 drink we ordered at the beginning. Then finally after 2 hours and 15 minutes we got our food, which portions were small and the country fried gravy was flavourless. Then waited another 15 minutes to get the bill. What a waste of a 3 hour and 15 minute dinner. Horrible service, food was mediocre and the drinks were terrible. The bartender didn't know how to make a cosmo, a maragrita, or even a regular martini!!
Definitely will not be returning and do not recommend.
If I could give less then one star I honestly would. It took an hour for someone to take our drink order, our food came out after another 45 minutes and my meal was completely forgotten about. One of the other people ordered extra butter and it was brought out after her meal was completely done We arrived at 8pm on a Friday and it took until 10:30pm for my food to come. Word of advice to the owner would be to hire some actually experienced servers especially
For weekends and to not have all brand new staff on at busy hours. We were all so turned off by this experience I’m not sure we will ever be wasting our money to go back which is unfortunate being that we came a week after opening sat on the bar side and the lead server was amazing so we recommended everyone. Sadly that was a mistake.
This was my first visit to a Montana's in probably 5 years. We arrived to a full restaurant and asked to sit at the bar while waiting for out table. The 2 bartenders were social and fun. We received immediate attention even though they were both busy. Once seated we were greeted by our server Ilona. She was kind and personable. She was smiling and super attentive. Being a full restaurant we wait about 35 minutes for our food. Ilona ensured we had everything we desired for our wait. I would ask for a beer and it arrived before the last sip of the one before. Once the food arrived, it was fresh and hot. I was not sure what I was expecting... but the food was amazing. Brisket tender and moist... wings perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked... ribs were absolutely to die for. My wife even stated "we should come here more often". All around a very good experience. Thank you Montana's and thank you Ilona. We will be back soon.

I called two days before New Year’s Eve to make reservations for 4, over the phone I was told they were not taking reservations for that day and was walk ins only. I mentioned we wanted to be there for 630, they said just come, first come first serve. We get there the day of at 630, only to get told they aren’t taking any more customers a half hour before closing…unless you made reservations??? Not only did we not get seated while operating hours in effect, but also being fed false information on their reservations, plus not told they were closing at 7pm while originally on the phone is frustrating when we don’t live nearby..for a first time trying to experience this location, it was a bad one.
Sticky Fingers Ribs – Hell Yeah, Stick to the Ribs! 🔥
Listen up, y’all – if you’re heading to Sticky Fingers, do yourself a massive favor and STICK TO THE RIBS. Forget the steak, skip the burger, ignore whatever fancy special they’re pushing that day. Those things will leave you with a bland, “meh” kinda night. Trust me, I watched it happen.
I went straight for the full rack of ribs with applesauce, threw on some hot wings as a side (those wings are legit delicious and pack heat), and yeah, I got suckered into adding the burnt ends. Big mistake. The burnt ends were totally lackluster – dry, forgettable, not worth the extra cash. Lesson learned: just stick to the damn ribs.
Because those ribs? Freakin’ AWESOME. Fall-off-the-bone tender, super moist, and bursting with smoky flavor that hits you in all the right places. Paired with that applesauce? Chef’s kiss. The baked beans were solid too – hearty and tasty. Cornbread was... meh (I’m just not a cornbread guy, so take that with a grain of salt).
Everyone else at the table who branched out to steak, baked potato, lobster tail, mac & cheese – they all got the same disappointed shrug. “It’s okay.” Meanwhile, every single person who ordered ribs was grinning like idiots, sauce all over their faces, already planning their next visit.
Bottom line: Sticky Fingers knows ribs, and they absolutely crush it. I’m already counting down the days ’til I’m back for another full rack. If you want a meal that actually sticks to your ribs (in the best way), this is it. Highly recommend – but seriously, just get the ribs. You’ll thank me later. 🍖💯
