Super nice staff here, my kid accidentally dropped all of his food and they offered him a replacement. Not only that, they gave him a balloon so he wouldn’t feel so bad. Thank you so much.

Desperate times call for desperate measures visiting this particular location. After four years of coming here, they still haven’t got it right and it has gotten worse over time.
Long waits in the drive thru, nobody at the counter inside, yet there are so many staff standing around waiting for food and seemingly lost and confused.
If you go here after dark, your food will be cold and old unless you ask for things to be fresh and always check your bag for nugget sauces before you leave the window.
I needed some assistance today around 6:30pm and the manager came to help me, listened to me with obvious irritation, and then told me he would come right back, he left me standing there and just never came back at all. My unbagged and untrayed fries were left sitting on their dirty pick-up counter and when I asked for a new one they didn’t understand what I meant about leaving uncovered food on this publicly accessed dirty surface.
You will be charged for a bag inside, but not in the drive thru.
I am conscious of having low expectations, but this location is the worst and that is consistent.
If you are in Chilliwack, I recommend the location on Luckakuck by the mall instead…in my experience.
