    Stopped for a soft drink. Used the washroom after ordering. It was disgusting. The urinal was cracked and leaking. You're stood in pee to use it. The filth isn't new, it's been dirty for a long time. If this is the washrooms, what are the kitchens like. Never again 🤮

    Honestly would pick 0 stars if I could. The sign next to the drive through literally said 24/7 every night I go there it's closed. Cars are still there so I'm guessing employees are still there. But no one serves guests. The place is absolutely disgusting anyway. I saw a manager yelling at customers a couple weeks ago and I saw employees eating fries out of the fry station on shift. I wish that place would get shut down but it's not all of the employees faults for management being so relaxed about this.

    It's McDonald's so what can you expect BUT the quality has really seemed to have gone downhill. My expectations weren't high to start but when your food is cold half the time, that is something within the control of the restaurant. The only thing that is worth getting there anymore is the breakfast.

    I ordered two kids happy meals kids. It comes in a bag without a happy meal box also it had only one toy and yogurt drink except for two. Everyone Oder kids happy meal for the toy and the appearance of meal. Kids were so upset.

    I ordered food via the app, but the branch refused to give that to my husband which we have done quite some time. Even though we have shown the screenshot of the purchase. Already paid. My husband went in to talk to the manager, according to them there is a new update which I’ve never seen or heard that they need the phone which order placed. Received after the discussion with the manager inside the shop, one yogurt instead two which comes with each happy meal and one grinch tree ornament. Everyone order kids meal because kids love the toy and the appearance of the meal. When comes in a bag and missing a toy my kids was upset too.. I’m really disappointed about this.
