Very bad service. We ordered at the drive through on two occasions both times they asked us to park to the side. We waited 25 minutes for our order on both occasions all the while cars were coming in and out just fine. After entering the restaurant and seeing my. Order bagged and just sitting there I let them know they can't let the food just go coldd that way and dshe said she didn't have anyone to run it outside yet there were hardly any customer in pp

Ordered food online via KFC's app on Christmas eve night. Instead of getting a confirmation It said ' a error has occurred ' No problem, my husband calls the store to confirm they got the order as the money had been taken from our account. The lady who answered said she would have to check and took his name and what the order was, saying she'd call us back. Ten minutes has gone by and no call back so we call them and they confirm they have it and it would be about 30-45 minutes for delivery. Awesome no problem.
1 hour and 15 minutes after being told 30-45 minutes we call again. We are told the food is made and its waiting for Uber to come get it for delivery and its "out of their hands" that nobody has come for it. (we didn't order via Uber eats) They just let it sit there, didn't even think to call or send a message that it wasn't being picked up.
I drive down to pick it up even though we had paid the delivery fee and driver tip. Upon arrival to collect the food I was met with 3 ladies, I check to see if its hot (it was) and one of the ladies had said they remade it and I was thankful of that but when I asked for the delivery fee and driver tip to be returned and they refused saying it wasn't up to them. I had mentioned the very long wait and the fact that I had to come pick it up even though it was a delivery and we had paid for it to be delivered and a driver tip. They still refused and I asked what their names were and they refused to give me names saying if they wanted people to know their names they would be wearing name tags.
I'm completely appalled with how this whole order was delt with and the customer service my husband and I received. I understand its Christmas eve however if your unable to adequately provide the services such as delivery on a holiday then the option shouldn't be available for that day. I will be reaching out to KFC's corporate office in regard's to this.

Food was just as bad as it can get.
Ik surprised to see if fried chicken suddenly start looking like the one I got.
I am amazed with the food quality. But store is running ….. smooth.

I was having issues with ordering on the self checkout and the young lady immediately helped me at the counter. The service was great and the food was still hot when I got home. Tasted delicious and everything was exactly what I ordered 😋 Thank-you
