Buster bars don’t have anywhere near as much fudge or peanuts as before. Just feels like corners are constantly being cut and it’s effecting the quality.

I called the location to rectify the issue and some kid with HORRIBLE customer service answered. said his name was pavit (maybe, his tone was awful and he mumbled with an accent) and that there was no manager on for the evening so I couldn’t talk to anyone and then he hung up on me. . Definitely not going back . You guys suck.

Upon receiving the order inside the store, I asked the representative lady if they added the extra caramel and is the soft serve vanilla. She checked my order and replied yes they did and yes it’s a vanilla soft serve. I took my order and drove back home which is a 15 minutes drive. Upon arriving home I realized that my order was prepared in a chocolate soft serve and no extra caramel was added. I then drove 15 minutes back to the store and met the same lady at front desk. Upon complaining her of the wrong blizzard they gave me, she was not willing to accept their mistake, if fact starting blaming me that I inputted my order incorrectly. After showing her the order I placed, she said that she doesn’t wants to get in an argument with me and said that I will make you a new order and threw my previous order in the garbage. Her attitude was as if she is doing me a favour of giving me another blizzard. There was absolutely no apology for the incorrect order they made for me for which I had to drive an extra half an hour and waste 40 minutes. Absolutely pathetic service and behaviour towards their customer.
