  Extremely disappointing experience at Chipotle in Chilliwack. The biggest issue was their strict washroom policy. A mother with her family was denied access to the restroom unless she purchased food. Staff said the washroom code is only printed on the receipt. This kind of policy, with no flexibility, shows a lack of basic customer service and empathy. For a restaurant brand like Chipotle, this is unacceptable. Policies should not override common sense, especially in situations involving families. Overall, poor customer service and a very negative experience. I hope management reviews this policy and trains staff to handle situations more appropriately.

  I have eaten here many times without issues , but tonight I ordered takeout & I found a bug in my rice .. reported it to Chipoltle’s customer service as well.. I thought other customers deserved to be aware as I saw a few concerning reviews about hygiene here . It’s disappointing because chipotle is one of the only quick healthier options, & this is very off-putting

  Came for my pick up my online order, told them my name, they said it’s not ready yet. Waited 10 minutes to follow up on the status, and my order was actually ready when I first got there they just didn’t bother to check the bags that were packed and ready to go. Such a disappointment and waste of my time to order ahead. Get it together people! Also, not a fan of the amount of hair that is not in hair nets, including ample facial hair/large beards, and people w extremely hairy arms being around food. Completely gross and turns me off coming here as I’m just anticipating hair in my food… yuck. Also asked the guy THREE TIMES if there was dairy in the cilantro sauce, he didn’t understand me? Someone else in the back said NO.

  I recently visited this restaurant, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure that every need was taken care of without delay. The food was absolutely outstanding—each dish was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and presented with great attention to detail. The menu offered a wide variety of options, making it easy for everyone to find something they would enjoy. Every bite felt fresh and satisfying. What impressed me the most was the overall experience. The service was quick, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the quality of food was consistent throughout. It’s clear that the restaurant puts a lot of effort into maintaining high standards. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating, and I will surely be visiting again!

  I recently tried Chipotle and had a really good experience. The food tasted fresh and flavorful, especially the burrito bowl which was perfectly balanced with rice, beans, and juicy grilled chicken. I liked how you can customize everything according to your taste. The portion size was satisfying, and the ingredients felt high quality. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly too. Overall, it’s a great place for a tasty and filling meal, and I’d definitely visit again.
