I don’t like a business that takes no pride like this. Especially when this was a very attractive location once.

I could see how unhappy you were to be so inconvenienced, it will not happen again. I should have been aware of how inconsiderate I was to have gone into a sandwich store at dinner time and order dinner for my family. In the future I will try to do better.
