  i have had very many amazing experiences at the chase subway location! i myself am gluten free and although some people struggle to understand the severity of this allergy, there is nothing i haven’t been able to come to an understanding on with the staff at this location after a conversation. they are always willing to go above& beyond to make sure my bread is heated properly in the microwave first & with good communication, i have left feeling very satisfied with my food and service, especially in the past few months. thank you for always being willing to clear up any miscommunications & work with your customers to ensure great service! thank you <3

  I order gluten free sub cause I have an allergy. The staff genuinely had no idea what “ gluten free” was when I ordered. I explained I had an allergy and needed gluten free bread and gloves changed, the girl looked puzzled and I had to explain what it was. I was frustrated, another customer even looked at me and said “ I’m scared for you. ” Before she even opened the packaging I had to remind her to change her gloves again because she did not listen the first time I requested. She made me a sub, cross contaminated her hands multiple times by wiping them on surfaces to get rid of bread crumbs. Then when paying for my meal she spoke in some other language to her co worker, no English whatsoever. Went into my car, took a bite and was immediately sick from what she prepared for me. I’ve been eating at this subway for 3 years and have never had a problem with getting sick till today. I will not be returning. Staff should know how to prepare gluten free subs before they are done training. Do they not realize how serious of an allergy this is? It affects me for weeks when this happens. Shame on the management for not properly training staff. Do not go to this location if you eat gluten free.

  Watched staff try to make a gluten free sub for the girl Infront of me and my god they need to fire the workers on Nov 7th. Absolutely embarrassing for the girl and the staff I can garrenty neither have their food safe. Very unsafe for a restaurant to have staff that don't even know what the word allergy means.

  Went with my family, I said toasted and it was still soft like bread. Not to mention we ALL said ours was a meal FIVE times and still only got our sandwich only 😡 this subway is dumb. We got no meals and idk how loud I have to speak for the server to stop saying "what" and just understand. My order was CLEAR
