There was only 1 table with customer and they couldn't even take my order after standing in there for over 10 min...this is the 3rd time with bad service

Poor employee was by themselves the whole day, took a long time for the food to prepared obviously (with one person doing all the work). They seemed exhausted. Food was delicious and well made, but makes me question the ownership and ethics of treatment of their employees.

Food is bland. Only one employee working in the entire place so it was a long wait to order, then a nearly 20 minute wait for a single burger and fry. Employee left the till before I finished paying, needed my receipt so asked for it when I got my food, I was finished eating before I got a debit slip that didn't match my purchase type, needed to also ask for the detailed receipt, got tired of waiting for the proper receipt and left.
Poor experience all around. If you can't properly staff your business, just don't open.
