- GRGiLL Rania1 day ago1.0I ordered through the drive-through and paid at the first window. The girl who took my payment was very polite. Then I moved to the next window, where another girl (I don’t know her name) asked me to wait in the parking area. I said okay then I received my drink, she just went to grab the straw and i just drive little bit because sometimes they put it in the bag. Then she responded in an angry tone with strae, saying something like, “Do u not want to drink. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. After parking my car, I went inside and told them I did not like being treated that way. Instead of apologizing, they denied that she spoke angrily, and her coworker supported her. At least they could have been honest and apologized. Please treat customers with respect. If you are having a bad day, do not take it out on customers. Be polite and wish people a nice day if u can. And keep ur anger at home and show to someone else no one tolerate beingtreated in that way.

So, I wanted to try the new cheesy burger, it sucked, so I bought a simple cheeseburger to have at least something good to my meal, THE BUN WAS STALE! Two of the worst burgers ever! This location is also the loudest location in Canada it seems. That fry station alarm is annoying in a major way. Get better!
