  I got a medium s’mores blizzard and it was half melted, half full and no one did the flip (shows me they knew it was melted and didn’t care) 😡 Update: The lady at the front threw my money at me and my blizzards. I don’t know what I did to her to make her do that. Horrible customer service

  Unprofessional staff on door dash chat. Was the store itself and I will never go back to the store with how their staff portrayed their establishment. ETA: owner called and left voicemail. It was not an issue with door dash, albeit over door dash with their staff on the chat function. Also owner failed to even apologize on the voicemail.

  The customer service is non existent. The two trainees glared at me as I walked in (at 4pm on a Tuesday, no line up) They pushed my blizzards toward me with a scowl. Maybe don't hire new staff that clearly hate interacting with people
