This Save-On-Foods is a reliable spot for groceries, with a good mix of fresh produce, bakery, deli, and everyday essentials. The store is clean and organized, and staff are usually friendly and helpful. Prices can be a bit higher than some competitors, but the quality—especially in produce and meat—makes up for it. The pharmacy inside is convenient if you need prescriptions or quick health items while shopping. Parking is easy, and the location is central, so it works well for a full weekly shop or just grabbing a few things.

Security and management accused me of shoplifting here a few months ago. Told the lady working as security that accused me that I would never steal, and she proceeded to be rude and ignorant. Not a good experience at all.

I bought flowers from Save-On-Foods thinking they’d brighten up my week — instead, they were dead within days. Within one week, every stem wilted, the petals turned brown, and the water smelled awful, even though I changed it and trimmed the stems just like you’re supposed to. It’s ridiculous how fast they died for what I paid. Clearly, they weren’t fresh to begin with. The display looked nice in-store, but the quality was terrible once I got them home. I’ve bought flowers from other stores that last twice as long, easily. Save-On-Foods really needs to check their suppliers or how they store their flowers, because this was a complete waste of money. I won’t be buying flowers from here again — ever.
