  We came here around 6.45 in the evening. The girl at the front counter was very rude. Facial expressions felt unprofessional and unhelpful, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Not coming back for sure.

  My wife needed to use the washroom and there was no toilet paper. I told her to try the mens washroom and no toilet paper there either. luckily we had a roll in the car and she was able to use the washroom. Food was good satisfactory .

  Went for the first and last time tonight. Waited in drive through for nearly 10 minutes. Finally drove up to the window to order and got weird looks from staff before they finally opened the window. We asked if the speaker was broken and was told that it wasn’t. We explained that we waited for quite a while and were told that if we wanted to order at the drive through that we had to be parked in front of the speaker. Told the girl that is where we were and we even tried talking at it to try to get attention. She rolled her eyes and asked what we wanted to order. The attitude was on high and the order was practically thrown at us. Got home 5 minutes later and opened the box to a huge mess. The fries were all on top of the chicken, as if they were not even put into the little bag. It was empty and stuffed down the side. The amount of salt that was put on them burned our mouth and throat and we had to throw them out. There was no way we could eat them. The chicken wasn’t fully cooked. The batter was mushy and under cooked. The amount of grease that was in the bottom of the box made it soggy and caused a hole. It seemed like the chicken was dipped into the fryer for a few seconds to collect grease because there is NO way that there should have been that much pooling in the bottom of the box. I understand that 5 minutes of driving would cool down the fries and the chicken but not create such a mess of it all. Two bites and had to throw the chicken out as well. Waste of money.

  Went there for some chicken was told it would be a 30 min wait For anything they ran out of chicken this was @ 3:00

  It took 25 minutes to get my order which was a single simple combo meal. Another customer in the restaurant had to return her sandwich as it was undercooked.
