Driving through town and decided to grab some subway, costumer service was great and my order was fast and precise, over all I loved my experience and my sandwich here i cannot wait to stop here again

I passed through CacheCreek and stopped by Subway. I was greeted so kindly by 2 staff members! I was pretty indecisive cause I was tired ....but the Woman made some suggestions that were new to me and Sandwiches turned out Awesome!!!! Thanks 😊 so Fresh!

Resturant used to have competent staff, no longer. Right at the entrance, taking up an entire quarter panel of door was the "Sub of the Day" promo. I asked for that, the employee looked at me with a dumb look and said "I've never heard of that", it's right on the front door, then it pops up on the electronic menu board behind her, she runs to call the manager asks if all the prices are in the computer and starts to make our subs. I'm told the toaster is "cooling down as they are closing soon" I walked in at 750pm and the sign reads open until 9pm....she rings everything up and announced the total, it's way to high. We get a reciept and my meal of the day rang in at $10.99. When asked about it she said "well, your drink and chips were free". What does that even mean? The meal is $7.99 NOT $10.99. She's staring at us huffing, so confused like I'm going to solve her problem. She then tells me that "all the prices are in the computer", again not my issue your sign reads $7.99. In a fit she grabs the tips Jar rips the lid off and slams down a toonie...no joke that actually happened. I didn't even know what to say a toddler behaves better. Clearly, her math still is not mathing because you still overcharged me! But what could I do? There was no way to reason with this person without the risk of another tantrum. If management is going to leave someone to close the store I suggest anyone else.
