Then they toasted both sandwiches and left them on the counter, open, for 5 minutes. Obviously, the sandwiches were cold when we got them. AND mine had a hair in it. Definitely not the subway I'd go to. I'd sooner make the trip to Kamloops if I wanted subway than stop here again.

The other worker came out of the back, seen the line and slowly walked to back after grabbing something. The other worker didn’t come out to help until there was a much bigger line and the store was packed. When we got our food and started eating it we found a hair in the sandwich. The worker making our sandwiches was not wearing a beard net when he should’ve been. When we brought it in there was a huge line and we told the worker and weren’t offered a refund or anything.
